Representing both lenders and borrowers, we lead a wide range of asset-based financings, including acquisition financing, leveraged buyouts, refinancings, working capital facilities, distressed investing, and other transactions involving complex ABL structures.
Bringing precision and market insights to each deal, and in collaboration with our bankruptcy and restructuring team, we understand the complexities of creating and perfecting approaches to financing.
